We are a family-owned and operated water treatment company offering service to the entire Hudson Valley, as well as parts of NJ, MA and CT. We offer residential, commercial and industrial water treatment diagnostics, solutions and service. Tom and Desiree Lawlor, a father-daughter team, have been leading Hart Water together for over 25 years and have over 53 years experience combined in the water treatment industry. When you work with Hart Water, Desiree or Tom will be a part of your service relationship for years to come.

Desiree Lawlor
CO-OWNER
Desiree, a Kingston High School and Marist College alum, dove into the world of Hart Water in 2000, side by side with her dad. From juggling roles as the company swelled, she's now the go-to water wizard in a male-dominated trade. When not sorting out Hudson Valley's H2O headaches, this mom of five loves cooking, skiing and chilling with her awesome family.

Tom, a lifelong Hudson Valley resident, is not just a husband, father and papa, but also the heart of Hart Water. Since purchasing the company in 1996, he's transformed his vision of diligent entrepreneurship into reality, ensuring affordable and safe water treatment solutions for the Hudson Valley. Tom's patient, generous and dedicated leadership embodies his goal of providing safe water for all.

OFFICE MANAGER
Connie, hailing from a large, blended family, now heads her own bustling family of five. A devoted dog mom to King and Cooper, she recently married her best friend Shawn. Passionate about reading, gardening and crafting personalized gifts, Connie thrives in customer service. Her two-year journey with Hart Water has deepened her water expertise and she's eager to learn more every day.
